The judgment dismissed Arthur Bells claim of title to land by adverse possession and quieted title in ITT Rayonier, Inc. Bell contends, on review, that the trial court erred in concluding that there was no genuine issue of material fact concerning the exclusivity element necessary to a claim of adverse possession. We affirm.
